If your message is about an existing order, please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For a damaged or incorrect item, clear photographs will help us understand what happened.

We aim to reply within two business days. During weekends, holidays, or busy periods, a reply may take a little longer.

Moolala & Pip is operated by DeepTeach LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States.

Our products are made to order and shipped directly by our production partners. Our shop does not have a walk-in location.

For a cancellation, refund, or product issue, email [email protected]. We will explain the applicable procedure. If a physical return is required, we will provide the destination and instructions by email. Do not mail products to our registered office or a correspondence address. A valid statutory withdrawal notice does not require our prior approval.
