Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

Moolala & Pip is operated by DeepTeach LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to DeepTeach LLC.

This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our shop, place an order, contact us, or choose to receive Letters from the Cabin.

Information we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information needed to provide our services. This may include your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number if provided, order details, and messages you send us.

If you subscribe to Letters from the Cabin, we collect your email address and any other information you choose to provide with your subscription.

Our store platform and service providers also collect technical information used to operate and protect the shop, such as your IP address, browser and device information, and website activity.

Payments are processed through Stripe. We receive payment status and transaction information needed to manage your order. We do not store your full payment card number or card security code in our own customer records.

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

- Process payments, manage orders, and arrange production and delivery.

- Send order confirmations, shipping information, and other messages about your purchase.

- Answer questions and handle cancellations, returns, refunds, and product issues.

- Send Letters from the Cabin if you choose to subscribe.

- Operate, maintain, and protect the shop, including preventing fraud and misuse.

- Keep business records and meet applicable legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

Making a purchase does not automatically subscribe you to our marketing emails.

Who receives your information

We share the information needed to provide our services with:

- Mastermind / BusinessHub and its service providers, which support our storefront, checkout, and customer communications.

- Stripe, which processes payments and helps prevent payment fraud.

- Printify and the selected print providers, which produce and fulfill your order.

- Shipping carriers and delivery services.

- Professional advisers or public authorities when needed to meet legal obligations or protect legal rights.

For example, our fulfillment partners need the recipient’s name, delivery address, and order details to produce and ship a purchase. Each provider may also process some information under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell or rent our subscriber mailing list.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our shop uses cookies and similar technologies for functions such as keeping items in your cart, supporting checkout, and protecting the website.

Optional analytics or advertising technologies, if enabled, are subject to the privacy choices and consent requirements that apply to your location. Where consent is required, those optional technologies must not run before you agree.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and through any privacy controls offered on the website. Blocking essential cookies may affect the cart or checkout.

Marketing choices

Letters from the Cabin is optional. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting [email protected].

Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop messages needed to manage a purchase, such as order updates or replies to a support request.

Retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill orders, provide support, meet recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. Different records may need to be kept for different periods.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

International processing

We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply to our handling of your information.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain uses.

Where laws require a legal basis for processing, we rely on performing our contract with you, meeting legal obligations, legitimate interests such as providing support and preventing fraud, or your consent where required.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. Some records must be retained to meet legal obligations. Where applicable, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children’s privacy

Our shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and address it.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our practices or applicable requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with its updated date.
