Welcome to Moolala & Pip. Our shop is operated by DeepTeach LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States.

These terms apply to purchases of physical products through our shop. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy explain additional details about using the shop and placing an order.

Shopping with us

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your location. Please provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information.

You may not use the shop for unlawful activity, fraudulent purchases, or attempts to interfere with its operation.

Our products

Our products feature Moolala & Pip designs and are produced after an order is placed through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners.

Please review the product description, dimensions, materials, available options, and care instructions before ordering. Product photographs and mockups illustrate the design and appearance. Screens and printing methods can produce small color or placement differences. These differences do not excuse an item that is defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description.

Products are made for ordinary use as described in their listings. Follow the listed care and safety instructions.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise. Shipping charges and any taxes collected by our checkout are shown before you pay.

Payment is processed through Stripe using the payment methods offered at checkout.

International buyers may also face import duties, local taxes, customs charges, or currency conversion fees. Our Shipping Policy explains these separately.

We may change prices and product availability for future purchases. We will not increase the price of an existing paid order without your agreement.

If a material pricing or listing error affects an order, we will contact you. If we cannot fulfill it on the agreed terms, we will cancel and refund the affected purchase rather than charge an additional amount without your permission.

Orders and availability

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your purchase. If a product becomes unavailable, a payment fails, or we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for items we cannot supply.

We may decline or cancel an order where there is a reasonable concern about fraud, unlawful activity, or an inability to deliver it. Any payment for canceled items will be refunded.

Production, shipping, and order changes

Production and shipping are separate stages. An order containing several products may arrive in separate packages.

Available destinations, shipping charges, delivery estimates, and delay procedures are explained in our Shipping Policy.

If you need to correct an address, change an order, or request cancellation, email [email protected] as soon as possible. Changes depend on the order’s production status and are not guaranteed once production begins. Any cancellation or withdrawal rights required by applicable law remain available.

Returns, refunds, and product issues

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to report a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, and when returns or cancellations are available.

Producing an item after purchase does not automatically make it legally personalized or remove statutory consumer rights.

Our brand and shop materials

Purchasing a product does not grant a commercial license to use the Moolala & Pip name, characters, designs, or shop materials. Please contact us before using our brand or materials commercially.

Any restrictions are subject to applicable intellectual property law and rights you may have under that law.

Third-party services and links

Our shop uses third-party services for payments, production, and delivery. We remain your point of contact for resolving issues with purchases made from us.

External websites linked from our shop have their own terms and privacy practices.

Responsibility and consumer rights

We are responsible for fulfilling our obligations under your purchase and applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable rights relating to defective goods, non-delivery, refunds, or cancellation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your location require otherwise. This provision does not remove protections or dispute-resolution rights granted by applicable law.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law.
